We show you how to use the LENZOD app with your C1 Smart bike

Step 2:
Download the LENZOD app from the Apple store or Google Play.

Step 3 : Turn on your phone Bluetooth
Step 3: Turn on your scooter by hold pressing the silver button below the handle bar
Step 4: Open the app and press “scan for devices “.
Step 5 : Connect to “scooter”
Step 6: Register your bike .Enter your email and click “get verification code “. A 4 digits code is sent to your email . Paste the 4 digits code into the field and confirm.
Step 7: Enter your email and create a password
Step 8: The bike is registered. The home screen comes up .
Step 9: Unlock the bike by pressing the Lock icon , the lock turn yellow . The bike is unlocked
Step10: Press the throttle down to move the bike forward

Locking & Unlocking
On the home screen press the lock icon to lock the bike; the lock icon show closed .
Press the lock icon to unlock it . The lock icon turn yellow and show unlock.
Bike App options.
Press the wheel icon to access the following options:
-Speed unit (km/h or Mph ): Press to toggle
-Cruise control : Press to enable or disable or hold down the throttle for 2s while riding the bike
-Bike self checking : Check the bike electronics operation
-Setting Ride mode : Disabled at factory not in use
-Setting wheel diameter: Maintenance only
- Headlight settings : Not in used
-Boot mode :
auto start on( Bike go on throttle press)
Zero start mode: Bike start after quick roll .

Bike Safety options

Headlights: Press the bike-on button 2 times quickly
To change gears :
Manual :
Press the bike on button one time to cycle through each gears . Each press raises the gear up or down. 1-2-3(Fast-faster-fastest )
On the app :
Press the gear lever icon to cycle through each gears on tap at a time :1-2-3( fast-faster-fastest)

Returns:

Start a return by sending us a message with your order number. At this time we do not provide return shipping label therefore you are responsible for shipping the item back for store credit or exchange. No refund.

All return request must be filed within 3 days of receiving the item for the below reasons or within 7 days of use and must meet these criterias

1-Non functionning scooter feature at arrival : power, brakes, throttle , LCD screen, Bluetooth

2-Broken scooter or damaged

3-Received the wrong item or not as described

4-Bent or broken at delivery

5-Malfunctioning or non operating at delivery

Warranty

Your water, cruise or off-road scooter comes with a full 30 days warranty. We will honor the 30 days warranty and exchange or replace your item for at no charge in case of out of box factory defects , malfunctioning, non-functioning parts out of the box

Note: Induced damages to the scooter will be honored i.e broken parts from accident or misuse of the device..
